In the autumn of 2018, we have expanded our wellness oasis for you and completely renovated. Relax with us in the house after a walk, after sports activities or just like that. We offer a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna and an infinity indoor pool as well as a sensory shower, colored light therapy and a relaxation area.

The effect of infrared cabins

In an infrared cabin, we have primarily no heat stress, but a radiation exposure. Surface heating elements are installed, which act as infrared radiators. The air will not change dramatically. Only a temperature of 60 ° C is reached. Ultimately, it is not the air that makes us sweat, but the individual infrared rays that settle on our skin from the infrared emitters. The heat that causes us to sweat and which is quite extraordinary is created in our skin because it feels as if the warmth does not come from the outside but from the inside.

The healing effect of an infrared sauna

The question then arises, what exactly do these rays, which only on our body heat their heat so incredibly healthy for us. The effects are similar to those of a conventional sauna, but a little more differentiated.

The relaxation of the muscles

The heat of an infrared cabin creates the heat under our skin. In this way, our muscles can warm up and relax pretty quickly. The feeling when a tense neck gets the comforting warmth of an infrared radiator is breathtaking. In the long term, of course, this ensures that we have a pleasant body sensation and desire to exercise. In sports we become more efficient and overall we feel more balanced. Especially competitive athletes should take the step and buy an infrared cabin to regenerate in the best possible way. By relaxing the muscles coupled with the heat of course also pulsates a lot of blood, which reaches the last corner of our vessels.

In addition to the muscles, joints are also relaxed. Thus, we actively prevent osteoarthritis and other joint diseases that are common even among extreme strength athletes and those with a physically demanding job.

The exudation of toxins

Of course, this health factor is obvious. Even if the air around us does not get unusually hot, but the heat is practically radiated from the infrared heater inside our body, we start to sweat. Of course, we are excreting all sorts of toxins. If you are often injured, it’s a good idea to buy a good infrared cabin. Unlike a traditional sauna, perspiration in the infrared sauna releases many more toxins out of the body. In addition, the lactic acid produced during exercise can be metabolized much better in the muscles. In a sauna, on the other hand, primarily saline is sweated out.

Finnish sauna

The Finnish sauna is operated with temperatures between 70 ° C up to 110 ° C and has a very low humidity of up to 15%. The interior of the sauna consists of wooden boards, with which all walls and also the equipment is carried out. The Finnish sauna is heated with an oven on which stones are laid. The sauna stones are heated to a temperature of up to 400 ° C to bring the air in the cabin to the desired dry heat.

The length of a sauna is of course up to you, but you should not overdo it. 10 to 15 minutes are recommended followed by a short but hot infusion.

If you are not a sauna fan, you can relax in our infinity pool with a water temperature of 38’C just like that.
